We have prepared a choice of two or four day breaks very carefully in order that everyone may enjoy Paris to the full. We also offer just the day trip if required, although this is very restricting on what can be seen and enjoyed.

We have a choice of hotels including an excellent, small 4 star historical hotel and our escort, although English, lives just outside Paris and consequently knows the best places to go and see.

The four days as shown may be altered to suit from two days to five days or whatever is required. You can rest assured that with our planning and the experience we have gained from previous trips, this will truly be an occasion to remember and ideal for valued clients or staff. The trips, the food, the wine, the venues are superb and of course we have allowed one day for conference purposes, if needed.

Four Day Break (which can be a two, three or four days/nights )

This is just for example purposes and one that we successfully ran for a blue chip company a while ago. But the days may be just an overnight stay if preferred ).

• Day 1
  • 11.00am - Meet at London St Pancras by Eurostar Terminal. (Please remember PASSPORTS)
  • 11.30am - Board Train
  • 12.09pm - Train departs for Paris Gare du Nord. (First Class Lunch will be served during the journey)
  • 15.59pm - Arrive at Gare du Nord (Group met by ACE escort and air-conditioned, leather seated executive minibus to our historic and refurbished hotel)
  • 16.30pm (Local Time) - Check- in to hotel.
  • 20.30pm - A SUPERB DINNER ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF EIFFEL TOWER! With wine
• DAY 2
  • Buffet breakfast in Hotel
  • 09.00am - All day conference (if required escort available all day, two breaks and and excellent lunch all served in house)
  • 18.00pm - End of meeting, return to hotel and prepare for coach transfer
  • 19.15pm - Private coach leaves for Bateaux Parisiens
  • 20.30pm - Boat leaves mooring for River Seine Cruise (Jacket and Tie advised, not jeans) A magnificent gourmet dinner served with wine, water and coffee and liqueurs - escort in attendance all evening
  • 23.00pm -  End of cruise return to hotel (Transfer by private coach)
• DAY 3
  • Buffet breakfast in Hotel
  • 09.00am - Briefing on Paris Treasure Hunt, which is great fun and we have as many a five spies out watching each group find the clues - escort supervising.
  • 12.00pm - End of Treasure Hunt Break for a superb Lunch in local restaurant with escort in attendance
  • 14.00pm - A structured tour of Paris with many things to look out for with local English speaking guide and executive mini-bus
  • 18.00pm - Return to hotel and prepare for dinner
  • 20.30pm - Evening at a great fun Brazilian cabaret/restaurant with dinner (Unlimited quantity of a choice of meats with their accompaniments) including an aperitif a la carte, wine (Brouilly, Chablis, Rosé & Bordeaux) "à discretion" (a nice way of saying as much as you can drink) and 1 bottle of Piper champagne for two. The restaurant opens at 8:30pm, the show starts at 10:30pm and there is dancing from 11:30pm until 2.00am when the venue closes. Escort in attendance all evening.
  • 02.00am - Return to hotel
• DAY 4
  • Buffet Breakfast in Hotel before departure in Private Coach to Gare du Nord railway station
  • 10.19am - Eurostar leaves of London Waterloo Again a meal will be served on return journey
  • 13.09pm - Arrive at London St Pancras

Included in the costs for a minimum sized group of ten are:

• FIRST CLASS - return journey on Eurostar including meals each way

• Transfers to the Cabaret and also return to hotel by private coach or mini-bus
